Accounting software
Accounting software where the entries post themselves
In Ritm ERP, accounting is not a separate program you copy numbers into at month end. Every sales invoice, vendor bill, till session and payroll run posts its entry the moment it happens, on one database with the rest of the company.
No bank card, nothing to install.
Double-entry accounting without entering anything twice
Posting a customer invoice makes the whole entry: revenue, tax and the customer's account. The same goes for vendor bills and expenses. When a cashier closes the session, the session posts as one entry rather than hundreds of small ones.
- A ready Egyptian chart of accounts, or import yours from Excel
- Journals for sales, purchases, bank, cash and payroll
- Manual entries for adjustments, with review before posting
Cheques, bank and collections
Record notes receivable and payable and follow each cheque until it clears or bounces. Import your bank statement and match it to payments. Ageing reports show who is late and since when.
- Notes receivable and payable with their states
- Bank statement reconciliation against payments
- A credit limit per customer that stops credit sales once passed
Taxes and currencies
VAT and withholding are worked out on every line, and the tax report is ready for the period. If you deal in another currency, the invoice is recorded at its own exchange rate, and revaluation at period end brings out the differences.
- VAT and withholding tax
- Multiple currencies and revaluation
- Multiple companies and consolidated statements
The reports your accountant asks for
Trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, general ledger, and customer and vendor statements — all from the same entries, for any period.
- Trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
- Cash flow and ageing
- Cost centres (analytic accounts) and budgets
