A quotation becomes a sales order, the order reserves the goods and raises a delivery note from the warehouse, and the invoice follows on what was actually delivered. A return puts the stock back and raises a credit note.

Credit and collections
A credit limit per customer, and the system stops credit sales once a customer passes it, except for a user with permission to override. Collect by cash, transfer or cheque, and the ageing report tells you who to call today.

Can I sell by carton and by piece?
Yes, each product has trading units with their own price, and the invoice shows the unit and the quantity.
Is there a credit limit per customer?
Yes, and when a customer passes it the system stops credit sales to them, unless the user has permission to override the limit. A customer put on credit hold cannot be overridden.
Does it calculate sales rep commissions?
Yes, with commission rules on sales.
Are sales connected to inventory and accounting?
Yes, delivery takes stock down and the invoice posts its entry to the books, on the same database.
