POS that works offline
A till that keeps selling when the internet drops
The connection always drops at the worst moment: with a queue at the till. In Ritm ERP the sale is recorded on the device itself, the customer gets a receipt, and as soon as the connection returns every sale goes to the system by itself.
No bank card, nothing to install.
Selling offline without losing anything
If the connection drops while you work, the status badge turns to "offline" and the cashier carries on as normal. Each sale is saved in a queue on the device, and the queue survives closing the page or restarting the device. When the connection returns, the sales go up in order.
- A sales queue kept on the device
- Automatic sync when the connection returns
- A sale is never duplicated if it is sent twice
Speed at the counter
Scan the barcode or tap the item, and sell by the piece or the carton at each unit's price. Take cash, card or both together, or split the bill between several people.
- Barcodes and piece and carton prices
- Split payments and gift cards
- Cashier switching by PIN, and returns by receipt
The session and the books
Open the session with the drawer balance, record any cash in or out, and at the end close it and see the difference between expected and counted. The whole session posts to accounting as one entry, and stock goes down with every sale.
- Opening balance and cash moves for the drawer
- Session close as one entry in the books
- Stock goes down with every sale
For restaurants and cafés
A map of floors and tables, orders that go to the kitchen screen, and a screen where customers see their order. Plus loyalty and points programmes for regulars.
- Floors and tables
- Kitchen screen and customer screen
- Loyalty and points programmes
