A punch goes from the device to the system as it happens, onto the right employee and the right shift. At month end the payroll run works out every payslip from the attendance recorded, with overtime, penalties and advances.

ZKTeco devices send punches straight to the system with no server in the company. Employees outside the office clock in from the Ritm HR app on Android, with their location if you want it.

Payroll and month close
One payroll run works out the payslips from the month's days: overtime, penalties and advances, with social insurance and payroll tax on default Egyptian settings you can edit. Closing the month freezes the numbers, and employees see their payslip in the app.

Will my fingerprint devices work?
ZKTeco devices that support direct push (ADMS) connect with no server in the company. If you have another device, talk to us and we will take a look.
Is there an app for employees?
Yes, Ritm HR on Google Play: attendance, leave, permission and advance requests, and the payslip. iOS is coming soon.
Does it calculate social insurance and payroll tax?
Yes, on every payslip, on default Egyptian settings you can review and edit for your company.
